A unique destination for cosy retreats in the beautiful village of Findhorn
We first discovered Findhorn nearly 20 years ago as part of one of those ‘accidental’ family holidays.
As ever, events which are unplanned, inevitably end up being the most memorable and full of fun! Thereafter we returned regularly to sit, relax, walk, play and have time out. Dram is a dream come true for us and we hope you will agree that Dram Cottage is a beautiful and welcoming place to while away your holiday.
It was originally built around 1843 – and is one of the original one and half storey fisherman’s cottages that hide from the sea in the quiet lanes, or stryplies, that make Findhorn such an unspoilt gem.
We have sympathetically and stylishly updated the cottage to provide a relaxing and cosseted experience for up to 6 guests to enjoy together and create special memories.
Dram is literally moments from the dunes, beach and bay and literally a hop and a skip from the bakery, village stores and pubs.
Social yet private – We are sure that Dram Cottage promises you a very special stay.

What our customers think about Dram Cottage in Findhorn
ABSOLUTE BALL
We had an absolute ball staying here – The house is decorated and furnished beautifully, and it was deliciously warm and cosy. There are lots of lovely little touches. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the equipment if you fancy cooking – we will definitely be booking to come back as soon as we can. A really stylish home from home.

CHARMING PLACE
I loved Dram Cottage, it’s more charming than anywhere I’ve ever stayed both outside and inside. The seagulls outside are like listening to great music.

COSY WONDERFUL HOUSE
Dram cottage is a wee gem. We love Findhorn and have stayed in different locations around the village, but this was the most stylish, cosy and convenient. Our girls loved their wee room under the eaves and we enjoyed the well-equipped and beautifully renovated cottage. We hope to visit again.
